Symptoms
Waivers pay off charges in prior or future terms, waiver pay off random term fees of fees they have no relationship to. eg: housing waivers are paying parking fees
Subsequent tuition calculations fail to correctly adjust the waiver and at time the waiver amountt will flip flop, alternately increasing the item amt of one item number and decreasing the item amt of another item number.
Review ITEM_SF by payment id number for your waivers. If you find a payment id for a waiver with more then one accountt term or an account number with a null waiver code or fee code the payment applier created this new row.
