Symptoms

An inactive mailing address and/or inactive home address is used incorrectly in the HIPAA output when it is not the most current active address.

Steps
----------
1. Employee's addresses set to inactive for the most recent mailing and most recent home address
Path - Workforce Administration > Personal Information > Modify a Person > Insert a new row in each case, set to Inactive.  Add a Business address as Active.
2. Run BEN100A
Benefits > Interface with Providers > Refresh Benefit Snapshot -- run the BEN100A report
3. Run HIPAA 834
Benefits > Interface with Providers > Create HIPAA EDI 834 file with same run control ID as Ben100A report.
4. Check address results in HIPAA output EDI_100.txt file - verified report that an inactive mailing address and inactive mailing address are being sent to benefits vendors.  The business address was not used.
