E-WL: Getting "Connection timed out; No available router to destination" Error when Executing stopPIA.sh (Doc ID 1070295.1)

Symptoms

The PIA server can be booted up successfully. However, the following errors are logged when attempting to stop the PIA using stopPIA.sh script, and the server fails to stop.
Verified the PIA port is open and valid and the HTTP port has not be disabled for the PIA.
