Missing Employee Payroll Deduction

One employee's Disability deduction is not being taken from the employee's paycheck. Other deductions are being taken.
Steps to recreate the issue
1. Run a pay calculation. Navigate to Payroll for North America > Process Payroll > Payroll Processing USA > Produce Payroll > Calculate Pay. Enter the appropriate Pay Run ID into the Run ID and calculate.
2. Review Paycheck. Navigate to Payroll for North America > Process Payroll > Payroll Processing USA > Produce Payroll > Review Paycheck. Review deductions for employee.
