When attempting to run the Re-Creating Triggers step, which uses Data Mover, for the initial pass upgrade of HCM91, the following error occurs:

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Setup a CA job for HCM 9.1 upgrade with tools upgrade to 8.50.05
2. Run the Re-Creating triggers step
The userid can logon to the Application Designer, however.
