Example 1: An employee has 30 days from the date of their hire to make Benefit Elections or they are defaulted.  If an employee elects coverage on eBenefits for their Hire event, the event closes on the next BenAdmin process and the employee is not able to make any changes.  However, if the employee does not make an election, the event remains open until it is force finalized. Is there a way to automatically finalize the event after 30 days?

Example 2: An employee is terminated and the TER Event prepares.  Then a Benefits Administrator must process the event by selecting Finalize/Apply Defaults and Validate Finalize.  Is there a way to process the termination to closed and insert termination rows for Benefits automatically?
