Issue:

Data is present in BI_ACCT_ENTRY table after running Load GL process in billing. In GL when user ran journal generate no journals are getting created.

Business Impact:
===========
Journal are not getting created so cannot run all processes in GL.

Steps:
======
1: Enter a bill.
2: Run single action job.
3: After successful run of job check if accounting entries got created in billing or not.
4: If yes then in GL run journal generate.
