EX_EMPNOTIFY is Failing if it is Invoked from a Script on Periodic Basis (Doc ID 1079606.1)

Symptoms

Error when running EX_EMPNOTIFY process.

Steps:
=====
1.  Create a script that calls the Application Engine Program Employee Notifications (EX_EMPNOTIFY), which launches subsequently the EX_CC_OVRDUE and EX_CC_NOTIFY Application Engines.

2.  Schedule the script to run Application Engine EX_EMPNOTIFY on Unix Process Scheduler. The processes seem to be almost completed when at the end the system crashes with an Error Message which is listed below:
