Symptoms
In HRMS 9.1 and 9.2, when attempting to search on Rate Code Defaulting Options, the following error occurs:

Error - No matching buffer found for level. (15,26)
REPLICATION STEPS;
-----------------------
1. Go to: Set Up HRMS, Foundation Tables, Compensation Rules, Rate Code Defaulting Options.
2. Click the search button or select a Record using the Magnifying Glass.
