Symptoms
There are new legislative requirements for the HIPAA 5010 format as of Jan 2012.
Will the Update Only fix (so dependent coverage terminations are included in the HIPAA 834 file only once) be included?
When will the ICD-10 ,the adoption of the expanded International Classification for Disease version 10 diagnosis and procedure codes, be posted? These items have a delivery date of Oct/2013, somewhat later than the HIPAA 5010 items.
