Symptoms

Setup has been done for  the Notification Escalation Manager event, which works well except for the "Notify Participant" Timeout option, no emails are received.  At times an error shows in the NEM Status Monitor. 

This example shows a 9.0 environment, and the same situation would be applicable in a 9.1 environment.  This would apply to all of AWE Notification and Escalation processing.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:


1. Set up Notification Escalation Manager event using the view PTAFAW_ESCAL_VW and the App Package:Class PTAF_CORE:Escalator
2. Configure Transaction for Timeout, with Notify Participant
3. Create transaction.
4. Run NEM process at given intervals.
5. Observe no timeout notification email arrives.
