|What steps are involved in Gradebook Export?|
|Is FTP the only protocol that can be used in Gradebook Export or can secure ftp be also used?|
|Who has access to the exported file when it is transferred to the fTP server? The person exporting the Gradebook or every user that has access to the FTP service?|
|Do all users who would need to export grades need to have access (ftp accounts) to the ftp server to access their files. Or is it possible to use one lone account for this whole process, irrespective of who the exporter is?|
|Once the file is transferred to the ftp server and also saved by the person making the export request, does it remain on the ftp server or is there a follow up PeopleSoft process that deletes the files once the export, ftp, save process is complete?|
|On attempting to use the Gradebook Export functionality, the following error occurs: 'The export file was created on the server, but could not be transferred successfully (14600,680)'. Is there any set up that needs to be done to resolve this error?|
