Symptoms

Submitting the Mailcaster and WatchDog request in PIA, the job requests go to Failed status.
Navigation: Marketing> Dialog Monitoring>Control Center> Maintain Dialog Servers.


The following is generated in the JPM_Debug.log file. This log file can be found the on Process Scheduler machine under PSHOME\JavaApps\CRM\OMK directory.
