Symptoms
The HIRE_REQUEST service operation stays in Working status in the Subscription Contract queue instead of going to the DONE status.
The appserv.log file showed PSPAL errors:
PSPAL: Abort: Unrecoverable exception received
PSPAL: Abort: Location: E:\pt85007b-retail\peopletools\SRC\pspal\exception_winunhandled.cpp:577: PSPAL::UnhandledExceptionFilter::RecoverableExceptionFilter
PSPAL: Abort: Generating process state report to d:\psoft\hr91ball\appserv\HR91BALL\LOGS\PSSUBHND.4744\process_state.txt
