Can A Wellness Credit be Configured Using Base Benefits?

The Plan Type A2 has been designated to the Wellness Credit plan. The business rules cause it to assign Wellness credits based on percent or a flat amount of the employee’s for the health premium, using Base Benefits rather than Benefits Administration.
For example, an employee pays a premium of $100 a pay period and he/she has earned a 20% discount on this premium from the wellness plan. The wellness credit would discount the health premium by 20%, and in turn only charge $80 for the health premium, or credit the employee $20.
