Benefits Administration Open Enrollment Information Center > Troubleshooting Benefits Administration > Troubleshooting Benefits Administration Errors
When processing a Benefits Administration event manually entered into BAS Activity, the following error is received:
ERROR

A BAS_PARTIC record exists for the same manual event on the BAS Activity record. The BAS Activity was not processed and was not deleted.
STEPS
----------
1. Navigation: Benefits > Manage Automated Enrollment > Events > On Demand Event Maintenance
2. Enter EMPLID in the Search
3. Click Schedule/Process
