Purpose
You may encounter problems with your cobol processes in which the process fails with a functional error message that does not pinpoint the actual problem, or manipulates data in an unexpected manner. In many cases, a Cobol SQL trace will be needed to assist with diagnosing the problem and understanding what corrective action needs to take place in order to get the process working properly. This article contains a multimedia presentation designed to assist with that effort.
