EGL: Can We Build Combo Data including Project Related Chartfields and Publish Them to HCM? (Doc ID 1137608.1)

Goal

In Financial > GL, after creating combo definition with the project Chartfields (including PC BU and Activity) and building the combo data (using the COMBO_DATA_TBL), the project Chartfields are dropped. This is because these PC related Chartfields are not part of the COMBO_DATA_TBL table structure that gets populated when the build process runs. Ultimately, these project Chartfields don't get published to HCM.

However, in HCM > Time and Labour, when a timesheet is entered, a combo code with PC related chartfields (like PC BU and Activity) is required if the project id (PROJECT_ID) is part of the combo before the timesheet can be saved.

Question: How to build Combo Data with project related chartfields and publish it to HCM when these chartfields can't be part of the combo table?
