PIA login hangs into an infinite loop and status bar blinks continuously after changing web server's context root, eg.:
Default URL (no context root change):
After changing the webserver's <context-root> to /WAS instead of the default value "/" in <PIA_HOME>\applications\peoplesoft\META-INF\application.xml, the URL will look like:
