E-LDAP: PT 8.50 LDAP Not Working for DN With Special Characters

In PT8.50, if a user has a DN that contains special characters, LDAP login will fail in Peoplesoft.

Replicate Steps:
1. setup LDAP authentication in PT8.5
2. In LDAP Server, Create a user under an OU that has special characters, like "/" and "("
3. Logon with that user


This was working in PT 8.49 and earlier versions
