Legislative Change for Healthcare Reform: Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (HR 3590) and reconciliation bill (H.R. 4872)

Dependent age limit will be set at the plan type ID level rather than the Benefit Program, so there can be compliance with dependent age limit regulations that commence in 2011.

This would impact eligibility for both coverage as a dependent and COBRA coverage.
