Building the Registry Search index is not working despite it saying it went to success. The following error is returned when attempting a search:

Error initializing search engine. (97,1)

The stderr file logs message:

dlopen in libpscompat failed for '': cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory (in stderr) & PSAPPSRV.1709 (5858) [04/14/10 09:54:41 (IE 7.0; WINXP) ICPanel](0) GetSearchFactory: PSLoadLibrary failed. (in AppServer)

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
   1. Run Index Build (Build Registry Search Index from Portal menu)
   2. Copy files created on Process Scheduler to Application Server and try to search.
