Using Employee Benefit Tables In PS/Query Does Not Return Correct Rows (Doc ID 1174587.1)

Symptoms

The Employee Benefit Tables in PS/Query does not return correct rows if EMPL_RCD is different from Benefit Record Number BENEFITS_RCD_NBR.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Hire a new Employee with EMPL_RCD = 0
2) Assign a BENEFITS_RCD_NBR = 1 (or anything other than 0)
3) Enroll the employee in Savings Plan (or any other Benefit Plan)
4) Query the Savings plan table (or the other benefits plan table into which this employee is enrolled) for this employee using PS/Query
