Performance Issue and Java Errors Issued when Searching for Sales Orders in the 'Track Order' Page (Doc ID 1189335.1)

Symptoms

The below errors are issued when searching by a particular Business Unit, Vendor, Date range, etc in the 'Track Order' page (navigation: Order Management, Quotes and Orders, Review Order Information, Track Order).

The page also takes a long time to return a results when searching by a Date ranges, an Order Group and Ship From.
