"Fix Counter" Button On Recruiting Installation Does Increment the Last ID Assigned Values Correctly. (Doc ID 1192665.1)

Symptoms


When a user selects the fix counter button on the Recruiting Installation record, the values in the fields are changed incorrectly.

Steps To Replicate:
===============
1.  Navigate to Set Up HRMS > Install > Product and Country Specific > Recruiting Installation
2.  Note the values in the fields when the page is accessed.
3.  Select the fix counter button
4.  Note the values in the fields after the button was selected, compare the two values

No error occurs, except for incorrect values in some of the fields, such as Last ID Assigned.

Expected Results:  The fix counter button when used should sync any of the data in the fields against the last values actually used at the database level.  This should show correct values used based on what is indicated at the database level.
