Symptoms

In Government Contracts 9.1, when attempting to run the CA_LMT_XP Limit Amount Report, the process runs to success but no pdf file is created in the process monitor output.

ERROR

The DSTAGNT log file on the process scheduler shows the following error:

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. 1) Navigate to Customer Contracts > Reports > Limit Amount
  2. 2) Run the Limit Amount Report for a business unit
  3. 3) On the Process Scheduler Request page, select the CA_LMT_XP process checkbox.  Type should be 'Web' and format should be 'PDF'
  4. 4) Click OK.  The process will run to success but there is no pdf file available when drilling down in the process monitor.


BUSINESS IMPACT

This prevents running CA_LMT_XP with pdf report files written to the process monitor.
