When starting psemagent, the following message appears:

ERROR main EMF_CATEGORY - SFMAINT did not end normally
ERROR main EMF_CATEGORY - Error in sign on
Database Type: 3
Database Name: hrms
Server Name:
OperID: PS
ConnectID: people
Process Instance: 0
Reason: Could not sign on to database hrms with user PS.
ERROR main EMF_CATEGORY - See 'envmetadata/data/' to look at the script that could not complete.
INFO main EMF_CATEGORY - Detected an install for appserver at /usr/pt848/HRMS/appserv/hrms - unable to verify connecivity to a running database. Ignoring this installation
Calling sequence top to bottom

This results in no application server or database information gathered by the agent and the environment does not appear in either psemviewer or in the options to apply an update in Change Assistant.
