E-SQR: SQR Reports Run To Error Status On Windows Process Scheduler - No Error Message Thrown (Doc ID 1214163.1)

1.) SQR reports run to "Error" status through Windows Process Scheduler. 
2.) No sqr log files are generated.
3.) There is no entry in the Process Scheduler log file that shows the sqr was started.

4.) In Process Monitor clicking on the "Details" of the sqr process,  "Began Process At:" shows blank.
