Symptoms

In Recruiting, Social Security Number (SSN) is stored in HRS_APP_NID table with '-'.  Users receive "No matching values found" error when trying to verify EMPLID during 'Prepare for Hire'. It stopped users from proceeding further with the hiring process.

STEPS TO REPLICATE:

1. Recruiting > Add New Applicant, enter a new applicant with SSN stored with '-'. Save.
2. Prepare Job Offer > Accept Job Offer > Prepare for Hire
3. On the Prepare for Hire page, try to verify the Employee ID. User receives "No matching values found" error.
