Social Security Number Stored With '-' Causing Error "No Matching Values Found" When Verifying Employee ID on Prepare For Hire Page. (Doc ID 1220704.1)

In Recruiting, Social Security Number (SSN) is stored in HRS_APP_NID table with '-'.  Users receive "No matching values found" error when trying to verify EMPLID during 'Prepare for Hire'. It stopped users from proceeding further with the hiring process.

No matching values found

1. Recruiting > Add New Applicant, enter a new applicant with SSN stored with '-'. Save.
2. Prepare Job Offer > Accept Job Offer > Prepare for Hire
3. On the Prepare for Hire page, try to verify the Employee ID. User receives "No matching values found" error.
