E-PORTAL: Carry ID Stops Working On Content Provider When Accessed Via Enterprise Portal After Both Are Upgraded To Pt 8.50

Carry ID is not working on Content Provider pages when accessed via Enterprise Portal after upgrading both to PeopleTools 8.50.11. For example, Campus Solutions 9 and Enterprise Portal 9.
Carry ID is not being held so that users navigating to a new search page do not retain the current User ID when navigating through the Campus Solutions menu from within Enterprise Portal.
When Navigating to subsequent search dialogues, the previously selected UserID should "carry" into the new search dialogue to facilitate speed and ease of data entry.
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Contributor Relations > Constituent Information > People > Person Profile.
2. Perform emplid search. (PA001 - Maggie Smith in Demo)
3. Navigate to Contributor Relations > Constituent Information > People > Biographic Information > Addresses: If Carry ID works, the proper "Maggie Smith" address would come up, but doesn't.
Power users have to navigate to many pages using the same UserID for administration purposes, and having to re-enter is time consuming and frustrating.
Navigation through the system still works, and pages come up normally once the proper search data is entered.
