Symptoms

A third party sends a message to PeopleSoft Integation Broker gateway via its PeopleSoft Listening Connector (the PeopleSoftListeningConnector servlet).

The receiving gateway, instead of forwarding the message to the application server via a Jolt request, throws a message unmarshalling exception as follows:
