Symptoms

After upgrade from 8.50.07 to 8.50.10, Download to excel functionality is stripping leading zeros in field values in the excel file. Problem did not occur on 8.50.07.

The same behavior occurs for customers upgrading to 8.49.30 from earlier 8.49 patches.
