The 'Date Last Maintained' and 'Last Maintained By Operator ID' fields in the 'Miscellaneous General Info' page of the 'Customer' component are not always updated when modifying a customer such as the Customer Messages, the Bill To Options, etc.
Where it gets confusing it that users do not know which table is updated when they modify a Customer. When the data in a page that can be accessed from the Customer's 'General Information' component is modified, they think that they are modifying the customer's data and they expect the 'Date Last Maintained' and 'Last Maintained By Operator ID' fields in the 'Miscellaneous General Info' page of the Customer's component to be updated.
