E-UPG: EOUFANALYSIS fails with message Java Exception: PeopleSoft.PeopleCode.PCError: Unexpected data type code: None (Doc ID 1238344.1)

Symptoms

On :  PeopleTools 8.51, Upgrade

Upgrading HRMS 8.8 /PT 8.49.28 to HRMS 9.1 MP1 /PT 8.51.02.  When running the Data Conversion Analyzer process, the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform upgrade from HRMS 8.8 to 9.1 on PT 8.51.02.
2. Run Data Conversion Analyzer.
