After a tools upgrade users seem to be getting multiple security errors intermittently. One error is on the logon screen " Invalid signon time for user XYZ". The user's security is correctly applied via roles and permission lists. The User with the PeopleSoft Administrator role never gets these errors. The URL shows the following errorCode=999 message.
