How to prevent the null value of a field from appearing in the generated output?

For example, if the RTF template file has the following fields:

NAME_PREFIX FIRST_NAME LAST_NAME
ADDRESS1
ADDRESS2
ADDRESS3
ADDRESS4
CITY
COUNTY
STATE_DESCR POSTAL

If Address2-4 are blank then it prints:

Name
Address1


City

State Postal

It should print Address 2-4 only if there is data otherwise, it should look like:

Name
Address1
City
