PT 8.51+

Crystal processes return an error when submitted to the Process Scheduler.

The below error is seen in the CRW*.log

Error - Crystal Runtime Initialization Failed
Crystal Runtime exception: Creating an instance of the COM component with CLSID {D7F5D7C3-B06C-4CAC-BC47-A06E66D2EE9B} from the IClassFactory failed due to the following error: 80040111.
