Symptoms

The PeopleTools 8.51 application server domain fails to boot in a Windows 64-bit environment where REN server is installed. 
The following error is logged to <PS_CFG_HOME>/appserv/<DOMAIN_NAME>/logs/PSRENSRV_MMDD.log:
