Newer tools patches should correct the problem and the file transfer should be transient to Jolt Pooling settings (e.g. Jolt Pooling can be set as default on “Enable” on latest 8.50.14+ patches and 8.51.03+ patches)
Nevertheless if your appservers OS can use symbolic links (e.g Linux/Unix admits symlinks) you may consider a workaround with a common temp shared location for all appservers using a NFS mount and symbolic links to point to that.
For Older NT OS's (WindowsXP like, where symlinks are not an option) this workaround might be applied by setting a common local temp location or by using a common network share for all appserver domains, but as prerequisite each of the appserver domains involved might need to have the same hard-coded value for the DOMAINID
