ELM 9.X: Search Catalog Items Returns Incorrect/Incomplete Results (Doc ID 1266586.1)

Symptoms

When more than 300 activities exist in the database, and a learner searches for the catalog item, the system goes through the first three hundred activities and stops searching - even though not all catalog items may have been retrieved. Hence, incomplete learning is displayed to the learner.

Steps to Replicate Issue:
1. Verify number of activities and catalog items in the system.
2. Do a search of activities and catalog items in the system.
3. Add additional activities until activity count >300
4. Rebuild Index
5. Do a search of activities and catalog items in the system.
