Receipt Status Remains Pending and INTFC_PRE_AM is not Updated after PO_RECVPUSH (Doc ID 1266932.1)

Symptoms

After receiving an Asset Item and running the Interface Receipts process, the data for asset items is not populating INTFC_PRE_AM and the Receipt Status remains Pending

Expected Behavior:  Asset Receipt lines should update INTFC_PRE_AM and the Receipt Status should update to Moved after the Interface Receipts processing.

Error:  None
   

By following these steps the issue can be reproduced:

1.  Receive an asset related item.
2.  Save the receiver with the Interface Receipts checked.
3.  Query INTFC_PRE_AM by RECEIVER_ID or PO_ID
