Purchase Order (PO) Comments and Recurring Voucher Contracts Comments Disappear

Line Comments and Attachments disappear from the PO when the PO was created from an ePro Requisition and the original Comment is updated. After saving the PO Comment Change, if the User were to reenter the Line Comment, the User may see that attachments are missing and the number or Comment rows doubling. However, if the User leaves the Purchase Order all together and redisplays the PO and the Line Comments, the issue is resolved.
Steps to recreate the issue:
1) Create ePro Requisition with Line Comments and source the Requisition to PO.
2) Display the PO and update the PO Line Comments.
3) Save the changes.
4) Without leaving the PO, review the PO Line Comments once more.
