How to enable DEBUG log level on EM Agent? 

DEBUG log level is used for troubleshooting discovery issues,  metric collection issues and domain status issues related to the PeopleSoft PSEM-plugin for Oracle Environment Management.  This knowledge was created to outline the steps to enable and collect debug logging from the Emagent.
