Cashiering GL Interface Generated An Invalid Over/Short Accounting Entry (Doc ID 1268899.1)

The Cashier office does not have the GL Interface required flag checked, but over and short chartfields are entered on the cashier office. The cashier office is set to balance by cashier. When there is an overage, the chartfields from the Cashier Office Over setup is being used, even though the GL Interface required flag is not checked.

Expect the Cashier GL Interface process to not use the chartfields entered on the Cashier office if the GL Required box is off.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open the Cashier Office for a business day;
2. Post a receipt;
3. Close the cashier office, and create an over situation for a tender for a cashier;
4. Run the Cashier GL Interface process and examine the output.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users are having accounting lines generated using chartfields they're not expecting to be used. This causes an issue with the General Ledger balances.
