Incorrect Scheduled Ship Date when Changing the Requested Ship Date at the Sales Order Line Level (Doc ID 1271311.1)

Symptoms

When changing the Requested Ship Date (say Oct. 15) at the Sales Order line level (navigation: Order Management, Quotes and Orders, Create/Update Order) and it is BEFORE the Requested Arrival Date (Oct. 16) at the Sales Order header level, the system sets the Scheduled Ship Date to be the same as the Requested Arrival Date at the header level (Oct. 16) which is wrong. It should be the same as the Requested Ship Date (Oct. 15).
