Symptoms

Delegation email does not go to Delegator when proxy submits a transaction.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Self Service>Manage Delegation>Turn on Notify Delegator checkbox.
2. Review Proxies.
3. Login as Proxy and Accept Proxy.
4. Terminate an employee when logged in as Proxy.
5. Check whether Delegator gets email notification of the event.
