Symptoms

If the end date is left blank, then OSHA 300 Incident Log report is not showing correct data for days away from work .

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

OSHA 300 Incident Log report should show correct data for days away from work .

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced by following these steps:
1. Under Workforce Monitoring> Health and Safety> Obtain Incident Information> Injury Details> Work-Related, the employee has a Start Date entered for Days Away from Work but the End Date is blank.
2. Go to Workforce Monitoring> Meet Regulatory Rqmts> Regulatory Reports> OSHA 300 Incident Log> run the report.
3. The reports shows incorrect number for Days Away from Work.

Restricted Workdays also is incorrect when the End Date is blank.
