E-IB: Saving Integration Broker Node Crashes the Application Server after Upgrade to PeopleTools 8.51 (Doc ID 1285715.1)

Symptoms

Its been observed that after doing an install or upgrade of Tools 8.51, that users who want to setup PeopleSoft application integrations involving Tools 8.51 enviroments are getting logged out of the PeopleSoft system when trying to setup and save changes to node definitions. Further check shows that the application server instance has crashed.

For instance a Financials app server log will throw the following error  E:\pt851-903-R1-retail\peopletools\src\pspal\exception_winunhandled.cpp:579

Changes

 This usually happens after upgrade.
