Purpose

This note was created to facilitate troubleshooting Benefits Administration Failure Issues. It was created to help consolidate errors that occur in the Benefits Administration program and expand the information from the high level troubleshooting note <Document 1274253.1> - Troubleshooting Benefits Administration.

This note includes errors experienced when the Benefits Administration process fails to process. In such scenarios, the process will reflect in Error and/or the COBOL log file will reflect error messages.

This note provides the common errors experienced, the cause, the actions required to resolve, and additional reference material to help explain such issues. For help in finding your error refer to Capturing COBOL Log and Trace Files 

Search for the error from log file within this note to see if it is a known issue.
