Reports run through the Process Scheduler fail with error:
"Signon Process Timed Out. Please Retry (0,0)".
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Run any nVision Report via the Process Scheduler.
2. Go to Process Monitor.
3. Observe the process has failed and the Message Log indicates error: "Signon Process Timed Out. Please Retry (0,0)".
